Many, many thanks to Catherine Slovak for explaining the difference between supporting a student and supporting a movement or displaying its flag.

I received a Catholic education at all levels and taught in Catholic high schools.

All of it was a blessing. Despite teenage rowdy exuberance, there was a level of respect and attention to studies. All nationalities and faiths were welcome.

Naturally, there will be exceptions to the norm, but let us not condemn all for the actions of the few.
