They'll let their unimaginably rich friends from the big city make even more money by building unneeded houses over 4,200 acres of farmland, but they won't let local people make a few bucks by harvesting their 50-acre tree plantation to produce sod that really will be needed to cover up the mess the county's big-city friends are going to make.

Is this one of the economic benefits Empire Homes' Nanticoke development is supposed to bring to our area?
