INAUGURAL BUSKERFEST THIS SATURDAY
Downtown Kemptville will come alive with music and merriment this Saturday, May 21 as the inaugural Kemptville Buskerfest hits the streets.
The event, celebrating unique street talent, runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Start the day off with a special charity fundraising breakfast by the Kemptville Rotary Club at the North Grenville Curling Club, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Road closures will be in effect for traffic and a free shuttle service and parking is available at the North Grenville Municipal Centre.
Later in the evening, the party continues at the curling club from 7 to 10 p.m. with an after hours concert, presented by Valley Eats. Juno Award nominee Miss Emily will perform, along with Jenie Thai. Tickets are available on the Buskerfest site and at the door.
