WHERE'S THE BETTER CARE?

The surge of Omicron is upon us. Hospitals are full and surgeries cancelled. Long-term-care homes are basically in lockdown again except for allowing essential caregivers to enter.

As an essential caregiver to our aunt at a nursing home in Ancaster, I see

first hand the hardships the residents must suffer under each day.

I witness staff especially PSWs trying their best to help and comfort the residents.

Too many staff are either home sick or just sick and tired. The Conservative Government promised better care and more help

for staff and residents nothing is further from the truth.

How can the premier and health minister sleep at night, I would like to know, because I can't.

I worry 24 hours a day for our aunt and every other resident in that home.
