MURRAY REID IS THE COR CANDIDATE FOR RENFREW-NIPISSING-PEMBROKE

Murray Reid is the Confederation of Regions Party candidate in Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke.

NAME: Murray Reid

AGE: 69

PARTY: Confederation of Regions Party

PREVIOUS POLITICAL EXPERIENCE: Ran federally in 1988 and 1993. Ran provincially in 1990, 1995, 2011, 2014, 2018.

OCCUPATION: Plumberpump technician

TOP THREE ISSUES IN THIS ELECTION: Carbon tax/cost of fuel — the Trudeau government's carbon tax is driving costs of fuel, food, products and housing beyond the reach of many Ontario residents, yet the provincial government fails to pressure the top-down government. Most people have supported the 'Freedom Convoy' to speak to the federal government what their province fails to do for themselves.

Continuing sex education curriculum — the continuing curriculum still 'grooms' kids into subjective ideas that are not healthy, for mind or body.

Proliferation of cannabis and shops — the federal legalization of marijuana has led to a proliferation of cannabis shops and illegal grow ops, which damages children of smokers neurologically and leads to other drugs and crime. Only pharmaceutical companies benefit from costly drugs billed to the Ontario government to treat addictions. Costs of police investigations and grow up busting is downloaded to municipalities and in Admaston/Bromley's recent case, its taxpayers!
