THE THEME OF THIS YEAR'S FESTIVAL IS METANOIA
From June 9 to 17, creativity and artistic expression will be on full display in St. Catharines as the 15th annual In the Soil Arts Festival takes the garden city. With more than 25 artists and events spanning eight days, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
The theme of this year's festival is metanoia, meaning to change or to transform. While most events are ticketed, there are some that are offered for free.

LAUNCH PARTY
