Victoria Day Hours

Administration: All City Hall Departments will be closed on Monday, May 23, 2022, for Victoria Day, and will re-open on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 8:30 a.m.

Welland Transit, WellTrans, Welland on-demand, and Niagara Region Transit Service: Welland Transit will be operating our Sunday/Statutory Holiday service 10 a.m. to 6 pm. The Region and Port Link will not be operating.

Welland On-Demand (effective May 1) will be operating 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Public Works: Closed

Welland Community Centre: Open Saturday, May 21, 2022, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, May 22, 2022, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed on Monday, May 23, 2022, for Victoria Day, and will re-open on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 8 a.m. Main and Jack Ballantyne (Youth) Arenas: Closed

The Docks, Rec Rentals: Opening weekend; weekends only throughout June. Open Saturday May 21, 2022, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 9, a.m. to 7 p.m. and Monday, May 23, 9:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. Road, Water, Sewer, Facilities, and Forestry Services: For information regarding current Public Works activities, please call the Public Works Information Line at (905) 735-1700 ext. 3637. Bill Payments: Payment of bills may still be made by utilizing the drop box located at the easterly front entrance of Civic Square, 60 East Main Street. Parking ticket payments can now be made using Visa or MasterCard through our online service at www. welland.ca (please allow for two (2) business days, for your ticket to be processed and added to the online payment system).
