HOW WOULD YOU GRADE THE PROVINCE'S COVID-19 (RESPONSE AND WHY?) "Ontario has done an excellent good job of responding to and mitigating the COVID-19 crisis. Our response was quick, decisive, and rooted in available and emerging science from our health experts at the Science Table and chief medical officer. We were able to respond and roll out measures such as testing, masking, vaccinations, boosters, etc. to assist Ontarians in weathering the challenges of the pandemic. We took action to identify and fund vulnerable sectors such as health and long-term care to ensure a robust response to future challenges should they arise."

IF ELECTED, I PLEDGE TO: "I am extremely pleased that Ontario has presented a plan to build our economy, while expanding affordability for the residents of Waterloo Region. This includes moving forward on Highway 7 and 401 expansions, reducing and keeping costs down by lowering the price of gasoline, and providing additional tax relief for workers. I am most proud of our plan to stay open by continuing with record investment in health care to expand local hospitals, hire nurses and PSWs, and support in-home care."
