COUNCILLOR RUNNING FOR MAYOR

Wilmot Township councillor Jennifer Pfenning has announced that she's running for mayor in the upcoming election.

Pfenning ran for a seat on Wilmot council in 2018 and was elected.

After serving on Wilmot council for four years, she said her passion and drive have continued to grow, and she would like to address more important local issues. On May 3, she filed her nomination papers to run for mayor on Oct. 24.

"I believe we have an incredible community, and we need to build on this foundation, with council and residents working in

partnership. Wilmot Township can grow stronger, together," she said.
