TEENS ALLEGEDLY ROBBED AT KNIFEPOINT

Halton police are investigating after a group of teens was allegedly robbed at knifepoint on May 6.

At 7 p.m., a group of 13 and 14-year-olds was walking in the area of Heslop Road and Bell Street when they were approached by two men in a vehicle, police said.

The driver reportedly stopped the car, got out and asked the teens for money while brandishing a knife.

The person took a small amount of cash from the group and then fled the area.

No one was injured during this incident.

The first suspect is described as white, 19 to 20 years old, five feet nine inches to five feet 10 inches tall with a slim build and curly blond hair.

He wore a grey shirt.

The second suspect is described as white, 19 to 20 years old with a heavy build. He wore a hat.

The vehicle is described as a white, four-door car, possibly a Toyota or Honda.
