TRIO OF CANDIDATES VYING FOR WARD 2 SEAT

Ward reaches the City of Kawartha Lakes municipal boundary to the north and east and encompasses Bobcayegon, including east on Sturgeon Lake to a point north of Lot 12 Concession 8, Verlam to the north corner of Lot 11 Concession 8, east on Concession 10 between Concession 11 and 12 to boundary and up to the boundary of Wards 1 and 3 to the west and south from Somerville Boundary to include all lands west of the east half of Concession 3 from Lots 25-32 east along south Lot 25 Concession 3 and 4, north to Lot 23/24 Concession 4/5 and all lands on the eat half of Concession 5 Lots 16-23 to the north side of the island, Verlam.

Three candidates will be vying for the Ward 2

council seat left empty by outgoing councillor Kathleen Seymour-fagan who is running for the position of mayor in the upcoming election.

Former area councillor Pat Warren is looking to once again sit on council, she spent 17 years on various local municipal councils between 1995 and 2014, in addition to John Snider, who also ran in the 2018 municipal election and Jamie Brown.
