Innisfil Beach Park is the place to be for local live music this summer, with the kickoff of Music in the Park.
Expect to see musicians playing at the park from 6:30-8 p.m. every Tuesday.
Artists include local favourites the Fitzees, plus Camden, Patty McLaughlin and Friends, Jules, Sean Derraugh 'A Thing for the Swing' and Alyssa Tess. A full list of performers can be found at Innisfil.ca.
"Innisfil is home to many talented musicians, and we're thrilled to offer free performances for everyone to enjoy," said Mayor Lynn Dollin. "Music in the Park sets the stage for community members to enjoy the outdoors, connect with neighbours and groove to some great music during their next visit to Innisfil Beach Park."
There will also be dropin music circles hosted by local musician Patty McLaughlin at the park's Lakeside Pavilion on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon.
"The music circle is for anyone who plays, sings or likes to listen to music," McLaughlin said in a press release.
Music In the Park runs until Sept. 27.
