CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF HUNTSVILLE

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to stop up and close that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lots 28 & 29, Concession 2, geographic Township of Brunel, Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka, and for the conveyance of Parts 7, 9, & 11 on Reference Plan 35R-22063 The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on Monday, the 27th day of March, 2023 at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
