BIRDS OF PREY FLOCK TO TOWN

The Canadian Raptor Conservancy brought some featured friends to the Hamilton Lifestyle Spring Home Show in Stoney Creek March 18 and 19, for an interactive and educational presentation on birds of prey. Shauna Cowan, co-owner of the conservancy, brought Hudson, a Harris' hawk and former mascot of Toronto FC. Other birds included an eastern screech owl, an American kestrel falcon and a bald eagle named Sam.
