HOW WOULD YOU GRADE THE PROVINCE'S COVID-19 RESPONSE AND WHY?:

A

The Ford government responded to this unprecedented global crisis by making the difficult decisions on the advice of Ontario's chief medical officer, which have resulted in outstanding vaccine rates and a solid reopening plan with the health of Ontarians in mind.

The programs delivered to small business, and costs which were cut in gas taxes, hydro rates and rebating fees, have been enormously helpful to the province during the pandemic and in rebuilding Ontario's economy. The Ford government has done an excellent job making investments in front-line health care and infrastructure.

IF ELECTED, I PLEDGE TO ... : I will work tirelessly to make sure Guelph's needs are heard at all levels at Queen's Park, especially with respect to constructing the new hospital which is urgently needed. I knows how important it is to create jobs and focus on the continued rebuilding of Ontario's economy. We will focus on the needs of our workers, keeping costs down and investing in infrastructure here in Guelph.
