New swim program

Starting with the summer session, the Town will be moving from the Canadian Red Cross Learn to Swim and Lifeguard program to delivering the Lifesaving Society’s Swim for Life program at the Georgina Leisure Pool. The summer swim session begins July 4, 2022. Registration for swim lessons for residents begins on June 7, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. and on June 14 at 8:30 a.m. for non-residents. The aquatics team will be providing assessment sessions for parents to find out where their child should be placed in future lessons. A list of dates and times can be found at georgina.ca/swim. Pre-registration is required.
