TERRA COTTA FOODS SET FOR EXPANSION

Terra Cotta Foods Ltd. is expanding at its Georgetown plant as it enters its 40th year of operation.

The company is looking to hire 50 additional production workers, taking its total number of employees to well over 100.

"We are very excited to be expanding here in Halton Hills. Our team has been working tirelessly to bring amazing products to the marketplace, and that hard work is paying off," CEO Jason Brass of Terra Cotta Foods Ltd., said. "With increased demand from our current customers and demand from new customers, both domestically and abroad, we were able to expand our production facilities."

In preparation for an upcoming job fair, the company has started hiring and training new staff members and expects to have some of its additional capacity online by

May 1.

Added Brass, "In the coming weeks, we look forward to meeting new colleagues as we work toward meeting our increased demand and furthering our customer base."

Throughout its history, Terra Cotta Foods Ltd. has served schools for 40 years, expanded its Cookie Dough Droptm program, created Private Label cookie options for retail banners throughout the country and started exporting to the United States.
