ANNUAL ART SHOW AND SALE ON TAP SATURDAY

The 25th annual Kingsway Lambton Art Show and Sale takes place this Saturday, March 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Kingsway Lambton United Church, 85 The Kingsway.
"Art for Goodness Sake" this year showcases 31 artists, including nine new entrants. Artists include visual artists, as well as those who create jewelry, garden sculptures, glass art, wood pieces and ceramics.
In all, more than 500 pieces of art will be on offer.
Admission tickets of $10 each include a chance to win a 12-by-12-inch acrylic on canvas autumn landscape, titled "Gold Mine" donated by artist Sam Paonessa.
Last year's virtual show and sale raised $31,000 for charities and sold $71,000 worth of art.
Kingsway-Lambton
United Church donates a percentage of proceeds from the show's sales annually to charities.
Since the show's inception, the south Etobicoke
church has donated more than $500,000 to a long list of charities.
