GRILLED CHEESE ON THE MENU SATURDAY

The Furlani Grilled Cheese Challenge Festival, hosted by Lakeshore Village BIA, is on tap this Saturday, June 10, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The one-of-a-kind annual festival takes place on Lake Shore Boulevard West from Islington Avenue to Second Street.

Visitors are invited to taste the best grilled cheese sandwiches in Toronto and to vote for their favourites.

Challengers will be offering up their take on "The Best Grilled Cheese" and competing for The Judges Prize as well as the People's Choice Awards.

Come for the grilled cheese and vote for your favourites in three different categories: Best Tasting, Most Unique and Best Gourmet.

Besides mouth-watering takes on the classic sandwich, there will also be live music, entertainment, specialty drinks, shopping and more.
