It was a jam-packed weekend as residents and visitors descended on the downtown for days of fun under the sun with musical performances and good eats.
Thousands of people attended the Orangeville Blues and Jazz Festival from June 2 to 4, viewing bands at the opera house and Broadway and main stages. Businesses and merchants had tents selling collectibles and merchandise
while food trucks sold delicious meals.
"The businesses and merchants of the Orangeville business improvement area provide significant financial support to the festival and actively participate in helping to create a unique and vibrant festival experience in our downtown core," said festival president Josh
Leitch. "We constantly hear from our patrons that the downtown setting and the welcoming community friendliness is one of the most positive attributes of the festival and contributes to the high rate of returning festival attendees annually."
The 19th instalment featured more than 75 musical acts over three days.
