HIGH-END COURTICE CONDOS BREAK GROUND

A new six-storey condo building in Courtice — coming to the site of the old Pine Ridge Motel and Scoops Ice Cream Shop on Hwy. 2 — officially broke ground on Monday, Aug. 29.Monde Development Group is building a modern, six-storey residential building at 1607 Hwy. 2 in Courtice, with 89 condo units and 95 underground parking spaces. The building plans include a rooftop patio, guest suites, a lobby lounge, a gym, a ballroom, coworking space and a park at the back of the building.here's a glimpse of the groundbreaking ceremony in quotes:
