Gary's family would especially like to acknowledge the exceptional care and support provided by St. Elizabeth Health Care and a special thank you to Cynthia. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Carpenter Hospice in Burlington would be greatly appreciated by the family. A celebration of life will take place, details will be announced at a later date.
