WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?:

FOWLER CONSTRUCTION AWARDED $11.6M REHABILITATION CONTRACT

A 10.6-kilometre stretch of Highway 141 — from 1.4 kilometres east of Highway 632 near Rosseau — is being rehabilitated. • The project commenced in late April and the rock work will be completed in June. However, the overall construction for this rehabilitation project is currently expected to be completed in the fall of 2023.

• There are no full road closures expected for this project; however, single-lane closures will be in effect.

• Fowler Construction Company Ltd. was the successful contractor for the rehabilitation project, with a bid of $11,648,300.
