I have 14 years of experience as city councillor and am currently serving in my fifth year as deputy mayor for the City of North Bay. However, I have been involved in political campaigns and political advocacy since I was a kid, following my father around and learning from him.

HOW WOULD YOU GRADE THE

PROVINCE'S COVID-19 RESPONSE AND WHY?

They were of course dealt a difficult hand, but I think there were a lot of very preventable mistakes made. The Ford Conservatives did not listen to the experts in a timely manner, necessitating more extreme reactions at a later date. They spent too much time playing politics and not enough time listening to what experts said needed to be done.

IF ELECTED, I PLEDGE TO ... Continue to work hard and advocate for the people of Nipissing and Northern Ontario, staying true to my grassroots approach. I will continue to support the ONTC in bringing back passenger rail service, and I will address our broken systems for mental health and addictions.
