ANNUAL DISCLOSURE LIST REVEALS HOW MANY WORKERS MADE $100,000 OR MORE

The Town of New Tecumseth's list of workers who make $100,000 or more continues to grow.
There were 32 employees on the Sunshine List for 2022, compared to 29 in 2021.
A report to council notes the town employs 280 full- and part-time employees, and that 26 have a base salary above the $100,000 threshold. An additional six appeared on the list due to overtime payments.
In total, the 32 employees represent 11 per cent of the town's workforce.
The town's $100,000 club has nearly doubled since 2019, when it had 18 staff members on the list.
CAO Blaine Parkin tops the list again with a salary of $215,696.62, plus $1,312.89 in benefits.
General manager of corporate services and chief financial officer Lori Bedford was second, taking home a salary of $181,816.72 and $1,118.93 in benefits.
Taking the third spot was general manager of infrastructure and development Bruce Hoppe, with a salary of $176,705.20 and $1,165.30 in benefits.
